As a CEO, as a female and as an emotional 40 year old 'girl' with feelings and aspirations,  when I search for relevant role models for the younger generations of 'go getters' all I see are blogs and podcasts of the 'elite high-level business men and women turning over 10's of millions'.  

We need to remember there are thousands of driven business owners sitting below that 10 million turnover mark, each with astounding stories of unbelievable force and spirit, some of whom I will be interviewing!  

Through a series of blogs about my experiences in and out of the business world, hopefully I can inspire, be relatable and in turn encourage some of the new start ups wondering if they 'should' take that risk.. 

For those reading who have already taken the jump to run their own business or work in high level corporate jobs the content may ring some bells for you too! 

This is a real life 'warts and all' journal of various experiences in my life.. all from my view point which tends to be emotional, based around my morals, my health and 'trying to be a balanced' and organised human being!!
